Timesheet Portal provides an online timesheet system specifically tailored for recruitment companies. It replaces the paper based system, providing the same features and more.

Timesheets are submitted by workers online, and must be approved by a their manager before they are exported. Timesheets can be entered in a variety of formats - some jobs may require start/end/break times whilst others may simply need total hours worked. There is also support for overtime rates.

Our recruitment version also has an invoicing module, which allows you to produce invoices for your placements. Invoices can printed or downloaded as a PDF for emailing, and also exported into Excel so you can edit them before you send them to your clients.

Integrated Solutions

To create a completely transparent solution, Timesheet Portal can be integrated with recruitment front office systems, as well as back office payroll systems. For smaller agencies with less than 100 employees on payroll, Timesheet provides features for payroll export, and can be quickly configured for creating timesheet invoices in Sage.
