Timesheet Portal Clock Point, our time and attendance hardware device, gives you the power to clock employees in and out via facial recognition, NFC tags or bluetooth. You can even use a mixture of authentication methods to suit your particular needs.
Clock Point hardware can be purchased outright, and is installed where your workers enter and leave your premises. It connects to the internet via ethernet, WIFI or using mobile SIM card, and communicates directly with Timesheet Portal so your employee's time can be analysed through Timesheet Portal. Clock Point is for indoor use, and is supplied with a mounting plate so it can be placed on a wall.
Live view of your staff
Our Clock Point communicates directly with our system in real time, so you can use our online timesheet management application for a live display of your staff, showing you who's clocked in, on break or clocked out, split by site. Administrators can use the web portal or mobile app to view a list of all clocked in staff, providing you with a handy tool for fire evacuation attendance role call.
Links with timesheets
Clock in data is fed directly into our timesheets, so you can perform analysis on employee's time, export data for payroll processing, run attendance rate reports and more. Your staff can also use our mobile app or web app to request holidays.
Multiple clock in methods
