Easter Weekend 2024 Maintenance

With us still on track with the updates, we are now implementing some internal changes that may affect the accessibility to our platform. Please be advised that we will be performing some system maintenance over the Easter weekend (29th March - 1st April).

Although we have decided to roll these changes out during the period we deem to be not as busy in terms of the platform use, we understand that it may still cause inconvenience to some of our clients. If you encounter any issues accessing your account URL (or persistent login failures), please email us at [email protected] or [email protected]

Will This Affect Me?

There is no planned downtime during this period, however, due to the nature of the changes we are making there is always a possibility of some disruption. We ask you to be patient and, if possible, try again later. If the issue persists, especially past the Easter weekend, please reach out to us using one of the above-given email addresses.

We want to emphasise that this is a very important change that is aimed to improve your experience with the platform. While we focus a lot on features and their user-friendliness, we also work towards improving Timesheet Portal as an overall solution. These changes are the final phase of our CloudFlare DNS migration, following rigorous testing with live accounts over the past 6 months using a process known as partial DNS. The introduction of CloudFlare provides a more secure, robust and faster solution.
