We understand the importance of customisation and brand consistency. For this reason, we have introduced a new feature that lets you create your own welcome emails when adding new users to your Timesheet Portal.
For recruitment accounts, you also have distinct attachments for each user type—contracts, client approvers, and internal administrators. You can utilize this information for your own needs, such as a user guide or general details you wish to share when hiring a new contractor.
If you have various types of users who will be utilizing the platform, you will likely need a range of templates tailored to their initial requirements. Don’t worry, though. In Timesheet Portal, you can either select from our built-in email templates or create your own set using our intuitive drag-and-drop email builder.
You may upload any type of file you wish; however, we recommend using PDF files, as they are the most widely accepted document type on nearly any device or computer. To add your attachments, simply go to Settings -> Notifications and select User & Password Reset. Please note that previously, the new user and password reset email templates were located under the General sub-section in Notifications, but they have been moved to their own section. Edit your template using the edit icon, and then click on the Upload Attachment button.
