We understand that you, like us, are facing challenges in keeping your staff, business, and families safe during this pandemic. Like many of you, our staff have started working from home today. We have spent some time ensuring that we are prepared for this change in process and will maintain continuity throughout. Over the next few days, we may experience minor issues connecting to the office and phone systems, so please bear with us as we readjust our working processes.

As a cloud-based provider, we do not foresee any disruptions to the service itself. Timesheet Portal is hosted within a robust environment with ISO Business Continuity accreditations and has plans that are regularly tested. Therefore, you can expect to continue receiving a high level of service and reliable software.
