compliance auditing

No matter the sector in which your business operates, legislation and requirements are constantly changing. It can be challenging to keep up with all of this, even with a scheduled auditing routine. Details can slip through the cracks, even under the watchful eyes of the most vigilant auditors. While human error is not a crime, the consequences companies face for non-compliance can significantly impact their future.

At Timesheet Portal, we strive to help our clients succeed in all their endeavors by supporting their efforts through our solutions. Thus, our latest development focuses on automating the auditing process to simplify compliance.

Expansion of the Auditing Module

In response to frequent changes and increasing penalties, we have enhanced auditing in the following sections:

  • Third-party agencies;

  • Changes to default client rates;

  • Changes to default project rates;

We have implemented this update with the hope that it will be useful, particularly for our larger clients, though smaller accounts will also benefit.

Within the enhanced insights, you can now see who has been implementing the changes and the modified areas, allowing for a quick view of the change history in records. This centralised visibility facilitates alignment between your internal and external teams and helps generate more accurate reports. Additionally, it serves as a valuable source of trackable information to support the auditing process.

A record of all changes is available in the usual place, now improved with three more areas of interest.
