Different businesses have varying needs, particularly concerning rates. Many companies feel stranded when searching for a solution that meets their often very specific requirements. After speaking with numerous representatives from various industries on the verge of frustration, we have consistently prioritised developing a universal solution for all. This update represents another step toward that goal.

From construction to healthcare, we strive to accommodate the pay and billing processes of companies that depend on time rates. We recognise the numerous factors that impact pay rates, whether they involve deliverables, special work conditions, or overtime. For this reason, we continuously seek to enhance our modules with more customisation, ultimately empowering our clients to tailor the platform to their specific needs. If you require assistance with this, we encourage you to reach out to us.

Different Rates in Timesheet Portal

We have now introduced an additional level of rate configuration, enabling you to set pay or charge rates for each employee per client. To utilize this feature, select the new drop-down option on the Rates Management page labeled "Rates per employee per client. "

The rate per client will take precedence over the rate per employee, as it is more detailed. As a reminder, here's the list of rate priorities:

  • Rate per rate code;

  • Rate per employee;

  • Rate per client;

  • Rate per employee/client;

  • Rate per project;

  • Rate per employee per project;

  • Rate per employee per task.
